To give Apple feedback that you would like the problems that are preventing Ogg Vorbis from working properly with QuickTime and iTunes fixed, use the MacOS X feedback page and tell them you would like to see the following bugs fixed. Please be polite in your feedback!
2974182 QuickTime doesn't handle audio packets with differing durations. Also being tracked under 2994972.
2902270 Need more flexibility reading media samples. This QuickTime feature will make it possible to play files with audio and video mixed together.
2834866 iTunes doesn't support any audio file QuickTime can import. It is possible to work around this by appending ".mov" to the end of the filename, but that's not very intuitive.

bugs fixed

2904217 iTunes 3.0 fixes this! iTunes 2.0 doesn't load tags from QuickTime files, so you don't see the artist, album or genre of the music.
